This would be a pretty picture of the pool if the water wasn't green It seems like someone turned off the filtration so we now have River Creek's largest mosquito pond Pretty green water, as long as you don't mind the mosquitos Pond scum, mosquitos, all that is missing are the frogs

While the pool is one of the best places to be on a hot summer day, this would not be the week you would want to swim in our pool.  I guess our club decided to save a bit of money and turn off the water filters. 

Unfortunately, that caused the water to host an algae bloom and more mosquitoes than we need.

Maybe next year, we can convince the club to spend a few extra dollars to leave the pump running...
