With a bit more effort, these lights would create a dramatic wall of light at the waterfall.  Instead, because no one takes care of them, they are covered by the plants.  In some cases the plants have grown too close to the lights and the intense heat has burned the plants.  Lucky for us, no fires have yet occurred.
